"Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He was late on another job but couldn't be bothered to even call me. I tried to reschedule for later that week but they couldn't for another 4 weeks. Contractor showed up later that day and said that someone from the office was supposed to call me. I raised my rating a bit."
