I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. After cure time, his team installed Lally columns and necessary supporting beams and the job was done. Leo’s team stayed on task and were very committed to finishing the job professionally. "Perfect! The removal of the pre-existing concrete patio took and entire day of hard work with some heavy equipment and lots of muscle. Once the old concrete was removed and disposed of, the site was excavated to prepare the underlying base of crushed stone and sand for the pavers. The paver installation went well, but required last minute cutting into small pieces to fit some difficult spots (around the cellar hatchway). Everything looks beautiful compared to the older poured concrete. We're totally satisfied with the project and the team who did the work!"

Excellent craftsmanship. They are not familiar with the mortar of 100 year old New England stone foundations however, and were applying the wrong type of mortar, so we had them stop. For basic paver and stone work, they are fine!"

They removed an old stone wall, hauled it out and replaced it with a beautiful stone wall. They did such a great job we are having them replace a smaller wall to match the new one.
