Whether its because you are inexperienced/unable, too busy, lack the proper tools/equipment, or simply because you don't want to (trust me, im the last one to judge). I have professional experience in construction, minor landscaping, and instalation. This includes concrete flatwork, grading (gravel, soild, sand, ect), lawn/garden maintenance, minor carpentry, mounting/instalation. I can paint, clean, im not afraid to use a ladder or get on your roof. I have a pickup truck if you need to move furniture or other large objects, and the capability to load it for you. Bottom line is that what ever task you cant acomplish on your own, I can handle, no questions asked, no crazy 2 hour minimums or really any bs in general. "Brian and his crew returned to my building on a warranty followup- their previous work done wonders for my flooding problems, but my foundation walls are apparently made of swiss cheese and there was one small seepage problem remaining which only shows up during a "100 year rain event". Brian indicated that they go for 100%, not 99% and scheduled time to come back out to my building to address the issue under the warranty (a.k.a. free of charge) from the original work. They came back out, dug up the foundation again, and found a crack hidden behind an old hasty concrete patching job that had been tarred over, which was determined to be causing the remaining seepage. They repaired the crack and were done with the whole task in only hours. I am a repeat customer, and can't say enough good things about Crawlspace and Basement Waterproofing solutions, they are friendly, helpful, and most of all, stand behind their work!

"Called company on Monday and got an appointment for an inspection on Wednesday. That following Monday, the technician arrived and went through each step is sealing off the concrete foundation to the water leak. The fix worked well and was put to the test with the recent record rains. Not one drop of water came into the basement."
