"First - Angi was a great resource to gather contractors and have them each provide estimates. That said - after going through the song and dance of salesmen, all of which were wildly expensive and sketchyâ ¦. In comes Advanced Concrete Lifting. The estimate was plain, honest and nearly 1/3 of any of the others out there! The folks that did the work were on time, professional and exacting in the detail to their work product. Amazing amazing!!! Best contracted experience ever. Results are top notch and the quality is unparalleled. Great all the way around."

"We are very satisfied with the entire process to protect our new home's concrete garage, driveway and sidewalks. Moving from Las Vegas, NV to Loveland, CO, our realtor strongly recommended getting our garage and driveway's concrete sealed and protected from the snow and winters (which we were told to expect to be quite cold!) because the Magnesium Chloride used in the snow melt out here actually eats away at any concrete whenever it melts from the underside of your minivans and pools, sits and evaporates on the concrete surface. So I began the process of researching concrete treatment thinking I'd try to DIY it myself first. However I quickly discovered that it just isn't that easy and that professionals use tools such as an electric caulking gun that applies consistent compound without a complete mess - which was my first result. I calculated that it is a worthwhile investment that would prevent inevitable damage if left untreated. So I researched online, selected the best reviewed businesses and scheduled interviews with quotes. Sprague Structural Solutions was the only one that seemed like a real reputable business. The other two were more one-man businesses who also did other projects, operating out of their truck on their cell with no other employees. For us and our investment, we wanted to really hire the best just in case we had any issues in the future. Although Sprague Structural Solutions happened to be the most expensive, I felt most comfortable that they would do the job correctly - and only one time needed to do it. They provided the best materials to educate myself on their processes, workmanship and warranties they offered. For both the appointments (surface sealant treatment and joint sealant application) a team of professionals came with a company branded covered trailer with specialty tools and various products for the surface pre-treatments and product applications. At that time I knew we made the right decision to hire this company that specializes in this work. Only time will tell how well the treatments will hold up - but it's nice to know that they are there and available should we have any questions or concerns in the future. Lastly, everyone we dealt with was very professional and friendly. It was a pleasure to do business with Sprague Structural Solutions and only wish that every business I deal with acted in the same way."

"Price and Mariano came at specified time and injected our front concrete porch to raise it. Prince explained and showed us what they were doing. Very professional and slab is raised! Would highly recommend!"

"Fantastic communication, work and work ethics. Love our new backyard."

"Thrasher did an excellent job repairing our driveway. They leveled out the entire driveway with amazing precision, and they fixed all the gaps with an attractive sealant that blends beautifully with the concrete. All of the team members I interacted with were professional and polite. I am very pleased with the results and only wish I’d called them sooner."

"Joe and crew did a great job. Rock, pavers, plants. Had them do the front, back and sides. A total makeover! Completed within budget and time. Wouldn't hesitate to use again!"

"Alex and his crew did a terrific job on our yard in Windsor. He extended our back patio (poured concrete), laid sod, rock and breeze, planted trees, and installed sprinklers and drip line. His crew works very quickly and had our entire yard done in just a few days. We would highly recommend his work and professionalism."

"This project started as grading my yard, but Bud listened to what I was wanting to accomplish and was able to provide additional services including building a fence for my yard. I had four companies come out to provide a quote. Only two companies actually submitted a quote. There was over $1,000 difference between the two quotes. I will turn to BMG Services LLC for all of my future needs and can not give enough praise for the work done!!!!!"
