"This spring I spoke with John about some blue fescue that appreared to have been dieing late summer of 2010. John asked a few questions and said he would like to come out to the house to take a look. I am so glad he did! John discovered that the fescue had died because the soil under the bed and our side walk and indeed under the front portion of our driveway had washed away due to one of the main downspouts in the front of the house.. John recommended re-routing one of the downspouts and having the problem areas mudjacked. Of course we had some concrete repairs to make, but it could have been so much worse. Had someone not checked it, it may have resulted in a wet basement!
