They did an excellent job in putting down a 10by 12 concrete slab in the exact spot that I wanted it. The work crew was very mindful of all my needs and insured that the job would be done according to how I wanted it. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. When they finished cleaning up you would have not known that concrete was just poured. I highly recommend this company to everyone who need concrete work. "Was scheduled for the AM but they arrived around 2:30. The aeration equipment was rudimentary. A 6 prong aeration punch was ineffective, it did not make holes as much as it disturbed the top 3/4inch of lawn. The small concrete weights and the hard soil made for a less than effective work. A second motor driven machine aerator was a little better. Directions to stay away from certain areas, freshly seeded, were not followed but the attempt to get to every square foot was the motivation, so okay, nice try. Bottom line, if they do the work, make sure the lawn has been watered or a recent rain event softens the lawn."

"We had issues with rats burrowing into our backyard under our fence.  Diversified installed a subgrade concrete wall 1 foot deep around the perimeter of our backyard and fully paved our driveway so the critters had no way to get it in.  They also installed a new concrete pad for our condenser unit, and repaired our fence, which had gaps that allowed critters to crawl through. They came in at about the same price as another firm, but were able to start work immediately.  The end result looks great and has had the desired result (no rats in the backyard!).  They were easy and responsive to work with, especially on what was kind of an odd job.
