"The job was to hand grind and flatten an 18 x 5 cement kitchen floor which was terribly installed wavy and bumpy by another contractor. The goal was vinyl plank which requires totally flat. Anderson is a skilled and friendly guy. But he told us with great confidence on Tuesday that he could do the job for us - no problem it's going to be great. On Wednesday when work started, turns out it as not as easy as planned and getting a flat floor won't be possible, due to issues he should have known about on Tuesday such as lack of aggregate. Admittedly, smoothing out wavy concrete is not an easy job, but this was knowable Tuesday and should not have been sold with such confidence. He also did not carry out all the cement dust generated. Had I asked I'm sure he would have, but just as a cleanup note. In summary, I enjoyed working with Anderson and he knows what he's doing, but be sure the job is doable first."

I think that work was bit rushed at the end , and that is what made it look poorly. PS. Note to owner: Tom , slow down. When you planing to do full day of work - do not rush. After sending old concrete make sure all dust is well cleaned. After you put primer, wait ( then wait again) till is dry before applying polymer. It will save you time ( no call backs - touchups ) and final product will be looking better."
