"I had an original screened in patio on my 50 yo home that was cracking and settling and becoming dangerous. I needed it repaired/leveled and long term stabilized. Every aspect of dealing with AFS was professional from initial contact to inspection, completion of job and follow up. The team I worked with were David, Hank and Robert who did the pilings to stabilize. Julian and Erik did the actual leveling and finishing. I am confident the patio pad will outlast me. I am so glad I found them as the others I spoke to gave me some off the wall options for repairing then concrete that never addressed the subsidence issue at all. Great job guys and highly recommend!"

"I hired Ken Mathis to clean, resand and apply a sealant to the pavers on our pool deck. A previous company had done a horrible job and had left our patio a mess. Ken and his crew went above and beyond to remove the old sealant, clean it all up and apply a new sealant. Our pavers look like new and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
