"First and foremost, Nick had very good follow up . Itâ s amazing how many companies we had a hard time getting them to call us back. Nick was quick to call and or text back. In the bidding process he was always in contact with us. We had him do pavement repairs on our parking lot, ( some large cut outs, and repaving was done ) then crack filling and last was seal coating and parking space stripes. The lot was 98,500 sq ft. They did the repairs and seal coating in two full days. He was in the middle of the bidding quotes. We tossed out all the cheap bids and tossed all the super high ones. His company Done-Rite was not the cheapest , but we wanted quality , and like anything ....... you get what you pay for ! We own other commercial properties and will let him bid those too when the time comes. Iâ ve waited a couple of weeks before writing this review to make sure weâ re happy with the results. & we are. I had a concrete sidewalk poured and some sealant applied to various areas of the house foundation to prevent water from coming in the basement. It worked. There was a settling crack on the surface of concrete that upset me and my representative did come to inspect it. I would use this company again."

"I wanted to give them a great review, the owner is extremely friendly and patient and had fair prices. They were going to redo my paved patio and install front landscaping. I was away for work when they installed landscaping, I was told about the pavers for edging they were going to use. But when I came home, I saw that the just used leftover bricks from the patio. They put one with a huge rust stain right in front that looked terrible and one brick was cracked on the side part of edging. I Ended up Removing the edging all together and redid it myself with different edging. ( I was also supposed to have bright fuchsia-colored lilies and I had dark red.) Also, the entire outer row of bricks on my patio came loose. The owner called back and sent someone to fix it without any issue. It is ok now but they used yellowish sand when they came back to fix it and the other sand is gray. It is noticeably different, when I removed the patio rug there is a huge line of the hardened sand on the concrete that I cannot seem to get all of it out just yet. The owner also told me he would get me a specific ground cover for a portion of the landscape, and he never did. I was very excited when I hired them and had high hopes that my outside would finally look like it should. While it looks better than it originally did, I feel like they tried to cut some corners on this project that ended up costing me more afterward. I just wish they would have put a little more care into it and really made it a quality work."
