"We were concerned about protecting the landscaping along the driveway and chose this company because the owner Dan seemed to relate to our issues. We used Angie's List and two personal references to confirm our choice and got three separate quotes. The results were excellent. Dan knows his stuff. His crew was friendly and cooperative. They cleaned up every day they were on the job and did not disturb our landscaping more than a foot on either side. Taking up the old floor in our two car garage was done in tight quarters without any peripheral damage. I have waited more than a year to write this description because you can't judge the quality until you have some weather and traffic to test the quality. This is the second winter and there are no chips or cracks. the rain runs off away from the house and into the drain they installed. The drive starts as a single lane and then curves into a second lane in front of the two car garage. Overall the concrete work and leveling are excellent. We had slightly lower quotes for this work but we are very happy that we chose Specialized Concrete."

He used wall pavers that he removed from previous retaining walls to repair and add to a retaining wall behind the garage. The patio travertine is gorgeous and the granite edging was well done. His work was done well, quickly and neatly. Repairs were made to lawn from heavy equipment used and it came in beautifully. He gave us great instructions which we followed 😀. "Job was a 200+ ft long 6" thick concrete driveway and 35 x 45 ft pad outside garage. 80 yards of concrete. Worked closely with me; allowed minor changes as project moved forward. Always asked when he wasn't sure of what I wanted at each step. Very easy to work with. Always showed up on time. His employees did great work and were always courteous. Have already recommended Cemex to my nextdoor neighbor."

"After calling to the USA Waterproofing Company for a free inspection it was not but a day or two before Steve was out to assess the problem with my wet basement. (prompt as promised) Without jumping to conclusions of what could be the cause He is working with me on possible solutions without prematurely digging up my foundation/waterproofing process when that might not even be the solution. How easy it could be for a company without Integrity and concern for the consumer to sell an expensive service just for their bottom line. I have total faith that USA Waterproofing Foundation Services will continue to service my residents until this water issue is solved. I will recommend (and already have) to anyone in need of these type of services for their home. They are a ***** company."
