They pointed out the problem could actually get worse and there probably was not any void areas under the concrete to fill with polymer. The house is on the Natl Historic Registry, built in 1920, so the drainage systems in a lot of the yards in this Historic District are center of yard/backyard. He and his co-worker did a great job; he always arrived on time, was so pleasant, respectful, professional and friendly. He assessed the job requirements beforehand, sent a professional Estimate with 2 choices, explaining all ramifications of the job, and a final agreed-upon Proposal. He also removed a brick foundation embedded in the ground where an old detached garage used to be and replaced with dirt and topsoil so grass seeds can be scattered.
