"Joe and JB General Contractors have done it again!!! They have exceeded all expectations with the quality of the work and the concierge services. We previously used JB for a sidewalk replacement project in Sept 2023 so it was a no brainer to return to them when severe April storms revealed leaks in my parent's home roof and sliding was blown off in the storm. Joe was onsite on a Saturday to assess the work needed, produce an estimate with various scenarios for siding replacement and provide expertise on choosing the appropriate replacement products. His detailed estimate and photos were of great help in obtaining an appropriate insurance reimbursement for the storm damage. The project was underway before I returned to my home in California and Joe provided regular reports and pictures to document the project progress. "I would recommend Carl Bongiorno & Sons to everyone. This was a very big job that got bigger as we went along. Over 3,000 sq ft of patio pavers done the right way over a steel reinforced concrete base. A fire pit with bench, a spillover spa, a built in outdoor barbecue area, both rear steps, a retaining wall, a gravel side of house parking area, sod and landscape plantings. Throughout the entire process there was constant communication with Carl and his sons Carl Jr and Garret. They battled mother nature and other contractors with true professionalism. Their equipment is top notch and they did a great clean up every day prior to leaving. As with any project with anyone the more you know about what you want and are able to communicate it to them the better they can assist you with the design of your project. Carl Sr has been in business for a long time and it is now a family business that will be around for a long time to come. I highly recommend them and will use them again.
