"Randy Gardner responded immediately to my request for a visit and estimate. He looked inside and outside, and told me I did not need to go to the expense of the drain tile and waterproofing. He said the house (build in 1917) had settled, and that the sidewalk along the side of the house was sinking toward the house, resulting in the water in the basement. He recommended removing the existing sidewalk, and laying new concrete with the proper slope away from the house. Although it was not a cheap fix, it was half of what I feared it would cost. The crew was on time, efficient, and did a great job. I highly recommend G Gardner Concrete and Waterproofing!"

I asked them why that was and they said they don’t have minimums. They will do large and small jobs for a fair price. They arrived on time, communicated the process, completed it on time. They even suggested that my son do the caulking rather than them doing it which saved me significant money. This is a stand up business!!!
