"Originally hired MJ Masonry to replace an existing railroad tie retaining wall and like most projects there was mission creep. I asked Michael of MJ Masonry if they were interested in taking on 2 additional projects: replacing an old stockade fence with a new one, and replacing a cement walkway with a stone walkway. They went above and beyond what is required to do their job. It was the little things like cleaning up after themselves and repairing annoyance type things that is not in the contract without being asked.
