I am on the board of a townhome association and we originally reached out to Crosstown Concrete in 2020 to install a concrete flume to help with water management. They were provided a spec from an engineering firm we worked with and completed the work wonderfully. In 2021 we had a massive concrete project and a massive asphalt project we needed to get done. We worked with Crosstown on the concrete project to coordinate the removal and replacement of 23 garage floors as well as concrete aprons in front of the garages that ran the length of two of our buildings. He responded quickly to phone and emails, came on site before the project began to work through details with us, even contacted some of the homeowners directly when they had questions or concerns. "These guys were great! They were friendly and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. They looked at my steps and didn't exaggerate the problem. I was told what needed to be done and that they were going to drill a few holes to inject the limestone grout, and then did exactly what they said they were going to do. I did call around to get quotes from other companies and was quoted $3000 as a starting point. I paid a fraction of that cost and got my money's worth.
