"It went like clock work.  Friday they came and did the framing, Monday they poured the cement and did the stamping, Tuesday they did the sawing and protective coat.  They worked in unison very well - it was fun to watch.  They had great suggestions as to the type of stamp and colors to use - they are good at what they do.  I highly reccomend this company and am glad I went with stamped concrete over pavers.

"Was punctual. Saw the project and gave me a reasonable estimate. Primary reason I hired contractor was because he advised me to do something that the contractor who replaced my stairs advised to keep water out my basement and that pretty much sealed the deal for me. The sidewalk looks great and the water problem in my basement has been alleviated. Would definitely use Diaz Concrete again."

"The work went quite well. the concrete in my basement was very strong and hard to break. It created a lot of dust which was expected and dust managed to make its way into the home. but the work was very professional. I tend to like things perfect so thats why I gave them B on quality but the important things were done well. In the end there was a lot of dust that eventually fell to the floor after completion but as I was having more work done it was not an issue."

He was communicative and very flexible with weather concerns. After he was done - the results were beautiful and he had cleaned up everything! We started with a well designed paver patio by Derek and were excited to see the patio design include a sitting wall and a very well put together plan of how our new space would look. Once our job began Dave and his crew began work promptly and arrived early every day the weather allowed including Saturdays. This was really nice because no one likes that construction phase and they did their best to make it as short as possible.
