I provided a down payment and about a week later he and his team arrived on site, manually excavated holes to pour concrete piers and poured the concrete. Tom - owner very nice and polite guy. He and crew show up right on time. Looked very promising. So what went wrong? For the money I paid , I was expecting better finishing touch and better end results. Floor is covered but it looks like was done by good amateur not a pro. I think that work was bit rushed at the end , and that is what made it look poorly. PS. Note to owner: Tom , slow down. When you planing to do full day of work - do not rush. After sending old concrete make sure all dust is well cleaned. After you put primer, wait ( then wait again) till is dry before applying polymer. It will save you time ( no call backs - touchups ) and final product will be looking better."
