"Marty Wilkins is a quality human being who is true to his word and knows what he is doing. He repaired a large gate for me and completely rebuilt an old delapidated deck for me. His sons are hard working great guys. I love my new trex deck. I plan on having them service my entire fence and replace my daughter s entire fence in the next year or so."

"Shawn did an awesome job replacing my deck. He was easy to work with, showed up when he said he would, and the finished deck turned out great. You can tell he takes pride in his work. I'm really happy with how everything came out and would definitely recommend Shawn Miner Fine Finishes to anyone needing a new deck or other home projects."

"Steve of Ironwood Builders returned my call for an estimate within twenty-four hours. He's friendly, no pressure, and he clearly stated how to fix our deck while also easily dealing with our last minute changes to what we wanted done to the deck. The deck was prepped, painted and a second coat of applied after the initial coat set. Ironwood did a great job sanding the surface and the sides of the floor boards. Coverage of the wood deck was outstanding and I feel the deck will not suffer the wet winters and hot summers of Corvallis. We're saving up for more home improvements and we plan on choosing Steve and Ironwood for those projects."

"Very positive experience. Kept us informed as to what they were doing as they progressed with the job. Job involved restoring 20x40 deck and smaller pool deck. Very reasonably priced. Great job!"

"We chose Rick’s custom fencing and decking and we couldn’t be happier!!! They were very professional and friendly! Pedro was amazing! His communication and attention to details were exceptional and very appreciated! He was very clear in explaining what he could do and the pros and cons for what each decision would mean. His team of Jesse, Jesfri, Nick, mark, and Ossie were all top notch! We will be using Rick’s for all our future fencing needs!"

"Our new deck is beautiful. Great results at a lower than expected price. Very friendly."

"These guys were fantastic! They built a beautiful deck for me, and the entire experience was great from start to finish. They were communicative, fair in pricing, and completed the work in a timely manner. The quality of their craftsmanship really impressed me. I?ll definitely be calling them again for future projects around my house. Highly recommend!"

"Village Builder replaced our cedar deck with a trex deck.  I enjoyed his crew that did the deck ... it was midwinter and wet ... we ended up eating lunch together many days ... nice guys!  I was initially very pleased with the deck but after about 3 years some of the Trex (facia boards and 2 x 4 deck rail) began to warp and split.  We tried to work with Trex but they were essentially unresponsive ... claimed installation was faulty (BS!).  Chuck brought his crew out and replaced failed Trex with cedar... no charge.  Trex = D-    Village Builder = A.
Two years ago Village Builder remodeled the Master Bath.  We are totally satisfied with the result.  Same crew that did the deck did most of the bath remodel.  Subcontractors for plumbing, tile floor, and shower enclosure.
A year ago Village Builder remodeled our kitchen and installed a bay window.  We are very pleased with the results.  Same crew did basic work with sub contractors for electrical, flooring and plumbing.  We are geting to know the crew well!  There were a few glitches that showed up after a couple of months --- these were promptly fixed to our satisfation.
We especially appreciate that the Village Builder stands fully behind their work  Did I mention they have a good crew??

"We were honestly stunned by the beauty and precision of the deck Ironwood built for us. Rails sanded with the edges rounded. Simple, straight, long lines. These guys know what they are doing. Nails tucked inside for a smooth view that is restful to the eye. We are flabbergasted and so are our friends. This team went above and beyond to do the job in a very short time without sacrificing an ounce of quality. Steve even gave us money back at the end since we made some adjustments that required less hardware. We cannot recommend Ironwood highly enough. You will not be disappointed!"
