He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. He was very collaborative and his communication throughout the project was excellent. It is clear that he wants his customers to be happy at the end of the day. Our HOA also hired Kevin to replace fencing for a 14 unit association and build a new enclosure for a dumpster. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected.
