"Carmen and John did a great job on my deck. Ran into some unexpected problems with With my sunporch that they found when they ripped down my existing Deck structure. They provided a few different solutions and were able to successfully repair so we could move on with my deck addition. My deck is beautiful. They did a great job. I get compliments from people walking by in the neighborhood stating how much they love it. I would definitely use them again."

"The price is definitely worth the work. He stays within his quote and always communicates if something changes."

"Deck repair was completed in just half a day and looks great."

"This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"Darrick and Harry did a great job of installing a replacement window on the second floor."

"Good customerâ s service and good quality work. Reasonable price and timely delivery"

"Dana did a great job. He power washed my deck and stained it. I would recommend him."

"Despite having to deal with some equipment issues, Tim was extremely prompt and responsible in completing the job he had committed to do. I would highly recommend this company. My deck looks beautiful, including the outdoor furniture which was covered in green moss!"

"Work was good in the end, albeit unfinished. ADJ is flaky and was a nightmare trying to schedule and pick up materials from the store. He would take multiple days to return phone calls or texts or messages on the app. He flaked out on picking up the materials on the scheduled day and I had to scramble with the tile place to ensure I wouldnt get a 30% holding charge for holding the materials for several more days. There were tons of leftover materials (sealant, cement, etc) and he did not offer to help me return any of them (I have no car). There's still an area on the wall that's unsealed. He arbitrarily decided that my wall needed to be sanded and smoothed down, so now I have patches of plaster on my wall and an unsealed crack as seen in the pictures. The faucet moves around and is unsteady. I asked him to fix it multiple times. The shower pressure sucks, but he thinks it's fine and has refused to fix it. Took weeks after the end to even get an invoice. Does not take credit cards."

"I went with Encore because of the steady 5 star reviews. WOW! What an amazing professional, and what a pleasure to work with. I will only use Encore moving forward. Highly recommended!"
