"Daniel and the team were professional, considerate, honest and timely with their work. We had over 5 bids for our project which was a large investment and went through a long vetting process. Daniel answered all my questions honestly and provided a consultative approach to the project. We had a concrete pour and a deck rebuild D&D could do both, most contractors could only do the deck and said we needed to outsource the concrete elsewhere. The deck project was done in two weeks and the outcome was better than what I had imagined. The team was very clean and picked up all remnants of the materials, I highly recommend D&D for any deck or patio repair, rebuild, or new build. They are honest and hard working, will definitely give a referral or use for any future projects on our house. Glad I found this team. "We had a challenging and highly technical 12x16 TREX deck re-leveling (repair) and refinish project that some other contractors declined to take on or quoted me absolutely ridiculous amounts. After moving a header board and re-leveling the joists, the TREX was completely removed and replaced with a new color scheme and new TREX railings with cocktail rail. After a miscommunication with a local TREX deck supply company resulting in a minor delay due to the unique color combination, the final product was worth the wait. Kyle B. from Marco Construction was as meticulous and detail-oriented as I would have been in ensuring that this deck was finished looking exactly how I envisioned it from the beginning. Only pictures do this project justice, but I cannot upload them to HomeAdvisor with this review. The actual construction time was very reasonable and much less than the month. The final cost was a little higher than the original quote, but not out of the question due to the additional framing, header, and deck board installs work required to build the deck as I envisioned it. Silva used my existing decking materials, removed it, and re built my deck sub structure so it will last for years, and replaced the existing trex deck materials saving me thousands of dollars in new materials which cost a fortune right now. "For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."

"Exceedingly pleased with the work done by Florencio and his crew. We had a new trex deck built on the back of our house (off the second (main) floor, it's a daylight basement), as well as open up a current window and install new patio sliders (and drywall/trim) to access the new deck. The quality is excellent. The crew was nice, considerate of cleanliness, and sectioned off the rest of our house from the door opening to keep dust/debris outside. They even accommodated our request to not install the door on a cold snowy day :) The cost and construction draw schedule was very fair, and Florencio was easy to get a hold of and communicates well."
