"This was a difficult job. The original deck had hidden rot and had to be demolished down to the perimeter framing timbers and rebuilt. It was made more difficult because the rot had gotten to the major timber that attaches the deck to the house. Moabe did a terrific job using composite decking material for the finished deck floor area. The finished project looks great and was finished exactly on the planned schedule."

The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms.
