"It went FABULOUSLY!! Dave and Chris were really knowledgeable and great at answering any and all questions I had!! My gazebo came down and went back up seamlessly! I presented a problem which Dave was able to remedy quickly! The idea he had was genius and it is perfect! Takedown and removal both went great and they left me with just my beautiful new deck!!! Kyle was always available if I had questions for him as well!! Thank you so very much to you all!!!"

"We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience working with R&B Remodeling on our deck project. From the very first consultation to the final walkthrough, Grant, the owner, was professional, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. What really set them apart was their willingness to collaborate. As the project evolved, we had a few design changes and new ideas, and Grant was flexible and accommodating every step of the way. He listened carefully, offered smart suggestions, and made sure we were happy with the result. Even after the deck was complete, Grant followed up to ensure everything met our expectations and that we were completely satisfied. That kind of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. If you're considering a deck remodel, we wholeheartedly recommend R&B Remodeling. They’re reliable, budget-friendly, and truly care about delivering a beautiful, lasting result."

"Ken totally exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and timeliness of the work we hired him to do. He not only did a fantastic paint job, he was very polite and a thorough gentleman.
His conduct was very professional in terms of keeping his commitment to finish the job on time, showing up each day on time, taking care of smallest detail and, above all, keeping a high standard to judge his own work. We call it KEN PERFECTION. He took great precaution to protect all our belongings/ furniture/ areas while painting. At the end of every day he would meticulously vacuum/ clean any/ all affected areas.
He was so good that we even asked him to do additional job for us to stain/ paint our deck and put a new epoxy garage flooring which he again did it with Ken Perfection!! He completed all of our work at quite reasonable price. Everyone who visits our home notices the professional work he has done and are asking for his contact info which is a great testament to his work. We have dealt with multiple contractors to do different jobs at home and we can say with experience that people like Ken are rare to find and once found they are to keep forever. We would hire him again in a blink if we have a need in future for his services."

"I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out fine. They were a little late. I gave the fellow a little bit of a leeway and he took a little bit more leeway than I would have preferred.  In fact, I was getting ready to give him a call and he sent the crew over, and they did the job. I just paid them the flat amount; they did not try to pressure me with any add-ons or anything like that, which was fine. I was actually wondering if they were going to do something like that, but they did not. So that was certainly a nice thing. They did what they said they were going to do. They were acting like they were in a big hurry. They were two guys and they worked as a team, and they were gone in, I think, like about an hour or something like that. It was like at least a week, if not two weeks, before they actually did come back and as I said I had been getting ready to call them in trying to find out what was going on when they finally did show up. I thought they would call in advance which they did not, so I was a little bit disappointed about that. I did not see them doing anything what I would call sloppily; they were kind of in a hurry. I did ask a question and they did do some certain tertiary types of things, like part of a gutter guard had fallen off and they did put it back on, which I had requested so that was fine."

"Alyssa is wonderful. She is very conscientious about her work. As the wall was drying she used a work light to make sure every area was painted, nothing missed. She put drapery hardware back up and made sure all outlets had their covers put back on. She Kept her worksite very neat and clean. Very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire her again and let others know about her."
