We had a lot of wood rot, Carlos was very thorough making sure he found all the rot and made sure I saw it and understood each steps. They also painted the house and stain the deck. "We were extremely satisfied with Scott Phelps. This was the second time we hired him. The first time he tiled the downstairs including entry, hallway, kitchen and breakfast nook. His workers were punctual showing up every day promptly at 7:00 am. He would show up every day to either check the progress or inform us of what was going to happen the next day. Scott also worked on our bathroom remodel not only with the tiling but also with the planning and design.

He is a stickler for perfection and will not leave the job unless the customer is satisfied. His workers are very talented, friendly and trustworthy. We had no problem leaving the house while they were working. The cost of the job was reasonable. Scott's prices are higher than many but not by much and we feel that what we paid was well worth the outcome. You do get what you pay for."

Alex and Carlos showed up as scheduled at 8 AM ready to work. Alex stayed for a few minutes and then Carlos did the work. Carlos was excellent - very friendly and skilled. He made a few excellent suggestions along the way which we incorporated into the project. Work was finished in one day and cleanup was perfect. I would definitely hire them again."
