"Customer service excellent;timely. Expedient in scheduling/completing deck project. Will consider using for future maintenance of deck. I was provided an estimated warranty for duration of staining and, of course, time will determine this. Would definitely consider contacting for future projects."

"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

"Eric responded to my inquiry fast and quoted the job within a few days. He explained what he planned to do, answered all my questions and took the time to be sure I had all the info I requested. There were areas that could not be seen until the demo was done. The problems were identified and resolved at minimal additional cost. I expected it ti be higher. I feel that Eric was honest and fair. My deck & porch look great. I highly recommend this company."

"It went extremely well. The old deck was removed and replaced with a brand new one in less than 1 week."

"Dennys redid the concrete footings of my deck. He and his crew came out quickly, and finished the job in 2 days. I am very happy with the results. They also did a good job cleaning up the job site. I highly recommend DC Carpenter."

"The experience beginning to end was terrific. Starting with arranging for a review of the work to be done at the church, then their well written proposal with the fair pricing, the flexibility on scheduling, and finally the quality of their work...all went as you would want them to go. I like that besides painting, they can arrange to do additional services either by their staff or their network of trades people. They really care that their work is professional and that you are satisfied with the work they did."

"Oliver did a great job powerwashing our decks. I would definitely recommend him ."

"Ted called me immediately and came out next day to give us a quote. We had a badly split rafter in our attic and also needed some ventilation work done. Was quoted a reasonable price and he was able to fit us in two weeks later. Bob came out and did the work over a couple of days. Everything looks great. Ted called same afternoon to make sure we were happy. We will definitely go back to him when we decide to redo our deck. Excellent experience overall."

"Mr. McCann does high quality work at a good price. He is very experienced and did a beautiful job creating and installing a rounded gutter as well as installing straight gutters and downspouts. He also installed a flat roof, installed roofing on the rest of the house, replaced cedar shingles, and did some other carpentry. It is a pleasure to work with Mr. McCann. He is trustworthy and is an excellent communicator and meets deadlines. I particularly value his directness and honesty in assessing the best approach to the work at hand and telling me what needs to be done immediately and what can be done later ( I have an older house). I never felt he pressured me to do more work than was needed. Mr. McCann takes great pride in the quality of his work and in treating his customers fairly."

"Repair of rot in walls and new deck was completed quickly and the results look great. I would definitely use US ProPaint for future projects."
