Once drawings were prepared (separate service) and village permits were cleared, the work was scheduled and completed in just over one week. The concrete footings were well made and clean. The rail cap was shaped and cut to be functional and provide a good appearance. Composite facia boards were used to present a neat and clean overall installation. Jack and his team are great deck builders and I would recommend their work to all. The deck is approximately 18'x13'."

"After the original estimate, I was unable to continue with the project for several months; but when I was ready to go forward, they honored the original estimate.  Following a suggestion of mine, they redesigned the porch to provide small decks, and added other details I requested.  They showed up when they said they would, kept everything clean during the process, and completed the porch ahead of schedule.  It's very sturdy, convenient, and attractive. When I had a small problem at the end of the project, they cheerfully resolved it.  Theirs was the best price I received. I have recommended them to others. "

"We hired John Masonry and his crew to complete a pretty large, paved patio and a small deck to access our pool. If you want professional, excellent, and fast work for any of your outdoor projects, look no further, John Masonry is your guy. We contacted John through Angi 's List and John came out the same day, Friday two weeks ago to give us an estimate. We discussed what our best option was to replace our 25-year-old deck that took a large part of our yard up. We decided to have on a paved patio around the pool replacing the old deck and to add a small deck to access the pool. Two days later John had his crew start the demolition of the old deck and his crew started installing the pavers and build the new deck. The project was done quickly just shy of two weeks.
