"We needed to replace our old (of 30 years) large deck with a new composite deck. Communication was key throughout the project. Either through text messages or face to face. Thanks for being professional, communicative and easy to work with. The end result, is a great deck!"

"I hired Kevin Martin (H. Hedges Home Improvement) to build a new deck, replace a bathroom floor, and repair kitchen cabinetry. Kevin's quote was very competitive and fair. He and his crew showed up exactly when they said they would. He was very collaborative and his communication throughout the project was excellent. It is clear that he wants his customers to be happy at the end of the day. Our HOA also hired Kevin to replace fencing for a 14 unit association and build a new enclosure for a dumpster. Again, his bids were fair and competitive and he performed quality work. I would not hesitate to recommend him."

"David and his team are professional, polite, and arrived when he said they would. I had status updates throughout the process. We discussed options so I could stay within my budget. I love my new composite deck. It’s beautiful and it will last for years! Thank you Backshore Home Improvement!!!"

"Said he would be here at 8; texted at 7:45 saying he would be 10 minutes late, and showed up at 8:09! the work he did-with his team-was exactly what he said he would do."

"Kaydn and his partner did a great job rebuilding our deck they worked fast sometimes working until dark most days. They were able to manage unforeseen issues that came up during the job well giving us plenty of info. Would recommend."

"Josh was great to work with. He was very responsive, fair and followed through on exactly what was needed (drywall finishing) under a tight deadline (with a tenant about to move in) and with a great attitude and attention to detail. There was an additional job (building a firewall in the attic- not the best of conditions) which he took on even though it meant adjusting his schedule. I would recommend Josh as a skilled and reliable contractor with a great work ethic and positive can do attitude."

"I had a literal “garden” growing in my gutters. Nate explained everything he would do and the solution he uses. I also had a whole house cleaning. Including garage and deck. The results are amazing. He was prompt and efficient. Will use his services again and strongly recommend."

"Jeff is very personable, knowledgeable and professional. He came and gave us a quote within two days and came and did the job within a week. We were so impressed that we asked him to do additional work. We had him paint a hallway and stairwell which came out beautiful. We are very happy with the work Jeff did. We will not hesitate to have him do further work when needed. His fees are very reasonable which is an added plus. Thanks again for the great work."

"Excellent professional service. Deck installers were consistent with daily arrivals and workday completions. Office and onsite personnel were able to provide immediate answers to questions and acceptable service when needed. The job was completed in a timely manner. The deck construction at completion truly exemplifies a quality product."

"Rick did removed cabinets for us in the kitchen and put in new lighting. He also did a lot of work finishing our basement. He put up a ceiling, a wall, built us a custom wet bar and finished all the basement trim. His quality of work is excellent, he is so easy to work with and is very flexible. His prices are great too. We will be calling Rick again for all of our future projects!"
