"He is a very conscientious contractor who clearly reviewed options with us and made sure we got what we wanted. His work crew was kind and professional. Our old wood deck was completely removed and replaced with Trex composite, and we could not be happier with the result. Thank you, Drew!"

"Working with the Ybarra team, Daniel, Alfredo, Jacob and Jason was an outstanding experience. We had a large project flattening a slope, installing a retailing wall, cedar fence, pavers, river rock and a railing on our deck. Everything was exactly how we envisioned it and the work was extremely high quality. The team was fast and listened to all of my concerns. There was always someone available to answer my questions throughout the project. Would highly recommend Ybarra for my future projects."

"Jose uses his skills and his brain. Instead of doing what I had planned out, he gave alternatives and why I should pursue those alternatives. He strives for perfection. Minor downsides are that at times I felt like he was the boss and he needs to improve dust control, such as by putting up a barrier in doorways or hallways."

"The paint job is excellent, thanks for the fine work. It was great working with you, and will definitely be in touch if we have future paint needs."

"Very knowledgeable and communicated throughout. Trustworthy. Explained the project while they were working. Will use them again."

"I never expected in two hours to get my design problems solved AND a rough design sketched out. Tim was brilliant. I can use him when I need him throughout the building process, and he's advised how to proceed step by step. Great communicator. Good sense of humor. Completely reliable, trustworthy. A gem."

"I hired Superior Homes and Renovations to lay new pergo flooring in my home art studio. Juan and Aaron did a beautiful job. They were always on time, they were efficient and finished on schedule. When the job was complete, they cleaned up and vacuumed everything. Juan has a very cheerful personality and is so good to work with. There was a bad spot in the floor that he fixed for no charge. I definitely recommend him, and if I have other projects, I will call them."
