"These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. "They were very punctual and friendly. In fact, the person who came out took off some of the fireworks from the 4th of July that had landed on my roof. The fireworks were bad news because I have wood shingles, and they could have caused us a fire. He didn?t try to talk me into anything. I wasn?t ready for a new roof. I can?t say anything about the price because I didn?t get any other estimate. It is a possibility that I may use them in the future."

"Working with Peppers Landesign Sevices was an all around great experience. We had our deck railing replaced. Peppers was able to cleanly take down our old railing which we were able to sell. They then installed a beautiful new railing as well as a gate. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. "For the most part, Trio did a very good job. The demolition of the old deck went well. The building of the new deck went well. The new deck looks great, and we're happy with it, so far. The steps had to be redone, but they got it right, the second time. Many of the days, Jason and Nick were on site to monitor the construction crew which was a good feeling. They did a great job with the clean-up process afterwards, too. The only concern I had was that it took about 2 or 3 weeks after I made my down payment before I heard from Trio, and I had to contact them. I would have liked to have been informed on steps taken on a weekly basis. There were a few times, that I didn't receive a response back after leaving messages for them. They can improve in this area, too. But overall, we're happy with our new deck, and I would recommend Trio Construction for any projects you are considering for your residence or business."
