"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. "He did better than the last person on the pool enclosure and driveway but not as well on the pool deck. Had to ask him to wipe up dirt left after pressure washing. Have never had that problem with other providers. He washed the deck before the overhead screens and did not clean up the dirt that fell. Should have done the other way around. All around nice guy."
