The owner, Corey Mitchell, delivered exceptional workmanship and care in the design, replacing an existing deck (28 years old), and adding on to double the overall size for our new deck. While the pricing was not the least expensive compared to other contractors, Corey listened to us, offered input that helped us understand quality of products to use, make changes per his suggestions as needed along the way (at no additional cost), and stay within the code requirements all to save on our out-of-pocket cost. Corey was personable, respectful, and fun to talk to. He saw that we had a new mailbox delivered to our home. Corey installed the mailbox at no cost to us. For all of the aforementioned reasons…….
