"Deck was not covered well with one coat of stain and they came back and fixed it. I was pleased with the final work"

"Superior work at an excellent price. We had priced out other vendors and being from Northern Virginia were everyone had a rear yard deck we were familiar with having a deck built. This deck is the most beautiful we've seen. Mr. Wells was very intuitive when helping us plan our deck. He offered several custom suggestions that were not expensive but added a custom look. The gentlemen doing the install were indeed craftsmen, from the quality of the lumber used, the underneath framing, to the benches that seem to float on the deck, the flower boxes, the stairs and the exact degree of tilt to the bench backs. They took our plans and turned them into something remarkable. I was wrong in thinking that the construction had broken my sprinkler line (turned out to be just poor drainage in a part of the yard), but when I called to express that concern Mr.. Wells dispatched a gentleman in the sprinkler repair business who patiently researched my sprinkler line, dug in a few spots to be sure and assured me that the line was intact. Come time to stain the deck Mr. Wells has a gentleman available who can do that. All in all a very satisfying experience. My every question was answered promptly and with courtesy. T&D followed up after construction to ensure that I was satisfied. Truly a full-service, customer oriented organization. I recommend them most highly for quality and value."

"The work was done professionally. The work was done quickly. Communication was always quick and easy. Would recommend to anyone looking to get exterior work done."

"Cleaned gutters and downspouts-great job and quick"

"Jeremy did a great job! I will highly recommend!"

"The Remodeling company was wonderful to work with! The office staff kept me informed when projects were going to start & their duration, when dumpsters would be dropped off or picked up, as well as letting me know when they wouldnâ t be there due to weather issues- rain and high winds. All the crews were polite and answered any questions I had. I had the Remodeling Company do my roof, tear down the old deck, build a new deck to code, and install vinyl siding and new gutters. I had had an open insurance claim for part of the roof & after the Remodeling company inspected my roof, they sent pictures of hail/wind damage to my insurance company. While insurance wasnâ t going to pay for the new claim because it was less than my deductible, the Remodeling companyâ s persistence and taking & sending insurance people more pictures of the roof has resulted in my getting money towards the roof for both claims! My house has had most of the work completed and it looks fantastic! I could not be more pleased with my selection of the company to do the updates to my house. By the way, my hiring the Remodeling Company came about as the result of a knock on my front door when they were doing work in the area. I did check them out and saw they were very highly rated & the next day we got into specifics about the project and talked money and timeframe. There was a delay due to my having to get the work approved by the HOA, but work commenced less than 2 weeks after getting HOA approval! Thank you The Remodeling Company for a job well done!"

"Excellent professional deck design & fabrication - with great customer communication keeping me informed. So happy with my new deck. Extra plus, left the yard immaculate too"

"David and his team were great, very friendly and professional. We discovered some rain damage while working on the balcony deck and David was very fair in pricing the additional work and not holding my feet to the fire. I would highly recommend Presley and in fact, already have to a friend"
