My project involved the removal of my old deck and replacement with a safe, functional, and good looking new one. I confess that have no experience with deck construction nor of local codes for decks. This whole project was a new undertaking for me. From my first call with Paula, to Corey’s initial visit to assess my situation and provide a proposal, to the crew neatly delivering all the supplies, to the workers doing all the take down and put up work, to the on-site supervision and all the related details, NC Deck was great to work with. Communications were clear and abundant. Explanations to my questions were happily given and easily understandable. Work quality was excellent! Clean up was superb. In addition to their professionalism, they all were genuinely really nice people! That was important to me. I would certainly strongly recommend NC Deck and Railing for any project!"

"They were on time with a reminder the day before. A team of four the first day with three the next day. They all worked extremely hard and never took a break. Only 15 min for lunch. They did repairs on our front deck, major repairs to the back deck and added a new deck which can only add value to our home. Of four estimates they were the cheapest and two of those didn t include the new deck. All the guys were friendly and respectful. They cleaned up all leftover material and scraps and carried it off in their truck. We have a couple neighbors who also want estimates from them for work at their homes. We feel so blessed to have gotten such good work at reasonable price not having known anything about them. We wouldn t hesitate to use them again."
