"These guys did a great job on our deck repair project. They replaced 4x4 support posts with sturdier 6x6 posts on our deck as had been recommended in our home inspection before we purchased. They also evened out a place where the deck boards had shifted to be lower than the rest of the deck. Their bid came in the lowest, which initially gave us pause, but we are SO glad that we chose them because they were willing to do things for our project that other companies were unwilling to do (i.e., put Lap siding behind the circuit breaker box, etc.).They were at our house on time every day, they worked hard all day long (with only a well-earned break for lunch), and they functioned fluidly and effectively as a team. Their craftsmanship was very high quality, having made custom vents, and their attention to detail was superior! They were very respectful to us (honoring our specific requests for use of masks) and our property. In fact, we felt so comfortable having them on our property that we let them have access to our garage. We had a new trex deck built on the back of our house (off the second (main) floor, it's a daylight basement), as well as open up a current window and install new patio sliders (and drywall/trim) to access the new deck. The quality is excellent. The crew was nice, considerate of cleanliness, and sectioned off the rest of our house from the door opening to keep dust/debris outside. They even accommodated our request to not install the door on a cold snowy day :) The cost and construction draw schedule was very fair, and Florencio was easy to get a hold of and communicates well."
