"Work was done well. Old deck removed and hauled away. New deck work was completed in a timely manner. Workers were respectful and kept things in order."

"We just completed a wash and stain proj ct on our 3 year old deck. Donald was AMAZING to work with! We were able to schedule within one week after landing on the proposal and he completed in two days. I really liked that he took the time to walk through the process, give recommendations on the prep and stain options (oil vs. water based vs. Thompson's) and he did a great job. I'd strongly recommend him and would use his services again for future projects. Thanks again Donald!"

"Our deck was not safe to use when we contacted Upright Deck & Home. Less than two weeks later, we are enjoying our deck again, including new supports, stairs, handrails, and spindles. We are completely satisfied with our service. Upright Deck & Home provided excellent communication, prompt service, and quality work!"

"My new deck is amazing! They tore off the old deck and replaced it with composite. They did an amazing job and were very professional. They cleaned up each day never leaving trash or old wood in the yard. And they did it for a much better price than any one else I interviewed."

"B&R Builders did an excellent job working on my deck. Even though my schedule was a bit weird, they worked with me. Excellent job!!"

"I would highly recommend Schuyler. He is trustworthy and does great work. I’ve had a 10/10 experience with him"

"In 2004, Terry DeFraties of Essential Extras designed and constructed a new deck and pergola for us. We were interested in using a sustainable long lasting wood product. Terry and crew had just begun installing Ipe (Brazilian hardwood). Terry was receptive to our ideas and expanded on our requests. The outcome was a well designed unique deck that is still in great shape today. When requested, Terry inspects the deck and his crew does appropriate maintenance. In 2020, we renovated our lower level that had not been updated in thirty years. Terry presented a redesigned kitchen/bar that maintained the original footprint but reorganized the space in much better way. He co-ordinated his staff and sub contractors during the entire renovation process. I used the companies he suggested for the design elements of the project- cabinetry and counter tops, flooring and plumbing fixtures. Our downstairs area is now a comfortable and very usable living space while adding 1400 square feet of value to our home."

"Milton and his crew were always on top of everything, and were very professional and efficient. His guys are very hard working and never stopped until the job was done, and it was done flawlessly down to the last deck screw. Yes, he is a very busy guy but always made ample time to speak with us on any questions we had. Would definitely recommend A-1 to anyone!"
