"Great carpentry work on a huge deck."

"JPC did a great job replacing our deck. They used quality wood, concrete supports and the level of detail was awesome. I would recommend JPC Remodeling to anyone needing a new deck."

"The timing of the estimate and the work were timely and convenient. The overall quality of the painting (and the paint itself) was excellent. There were a few things that didn't get done that were scheduled (e.g., chimney cap, complete painting of the posts on the back deck), but they returned in a timely way and completed them. The only issues I had at all were 1. I asked that a shutter on the south side of the house be secured again before the painting was done as it had worked loose at the top of the shutter--this was not done. 2. I asked that the chimney cap be painted with rustoleum, and the paint for the shutters was used instead (although it was approved for metal). Overall, I'm very satisfied with the painting, but I'm still going to have to figure out how to deal with the loose shutter (it's too high for me to access).

Update:  On inspecting the back deck this spring, I did notice some posts that were not painted completely, and this was after having the painters come back to paint places that had been missed the first time around."

"Ali and his assistant did an excellent job on our deck . It looks really nice. Ali was excellent to work with. Communicated very well."

"Ben also painted my deck. He was meticulous in protecting surrounding structures from any damage or overspray. He was efficient, well organized, and personable. He cleaned up when the job was completed and removed the trash. My deck has been in place for many years and looked terrible. When Ben completed the work the deck took on new life. I am very happy with his work and would use him again."

"We are thrilled with our new deck. Would 100% recommend. Honest, truth worthy and great communication."

"James was great to work with during our deck project. He provided a quick quote and answered all of our questions. He provided an accurate timeline for the start/completion of the project and communicated with us throughout the project. The decks look great!"

"You mean there are other deck companies around??? If you are looking for a plain square deck or sunroom, do not call American Deck & Sunroom! Jim Topolski has one of the most creative minds we’ve ever experienced! We first used Jim when a storm took out our a portion of our deck. What a blessing! Our “ho hum” deck became a show stopper. Next we screened in a porch with Jim. Last year we added on to that screen room and basically told him to “do whatever he wanted”, within budget of course! It is amazing! He did things we never even imagined! This year he took out our old 30 year deck and replaced it with TREX. Need I say more?"

"They did an absolutely excellent job on my deck. Couldn't ask for better"

"Dylan, John and Aiden were friendly, but professional. The quote for the project was very reasonable and they finished in a timely manner. They always let me know in advance when they would arrive. Even though it was a smaller project (new steps and railings from my screened in back deck to the yard), they treated it with the same care as a larger construction. They made appropriate suggestions and answered any questions I had. I would use Goch Construction again and will recommend them to friends and neighbors."
