They leveled the joist by shimming the tops of several cinder block posts and installing a pair permanent of steel posts under a section of joist the previous owner had cut in two."

In my book it is impossible to have excellent when trim painting at 30 feet in the air! They were as good as the team I used 6 years ago when I paid 40% more! I almost didn't use them because they were so much cheaper (even using the top of line sherwin williams paint) but they were as good as I have had. Eleazor and Caesar were very diligent and didn't mind my "picky" concerns. They fixed everything and cleaned up well after the work. They just did the work with a smile. Very impressed. I am having them back to paint my deck next."

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. I haven't inspected everything too carefully yet (since I want it to dry completely before I walk around on the carpet), but I am pretty certain it will be a great improvement upon how it was!"

"True Construction is my new mowing service, after the service I had used faithfully for at least 8 or 9 years suddenly didn’t show up for a month and then just seemed to disappear. I really have been impressed with True Construction. Besides the fact that the mowers are courteous and do an EXCELLENT job each annd every time, the owner has very good communication and always checks in with a greeting and a “heads up” with what’s going on. I’m never left in the dark, and after my previous experience I appreciate that so much! Great job, guys! Thank you!!"
