"We are very happy with the final project. It turned out as discussed. This was a very difficult project because of the many construction phases and that the new work had to blend in with the existing structure. It was important that when finished the old and the new had to look like it was all completed at the same time. Alex coordinated the project to ensure the work was all completed as discussed."

"Steven and Tony did a great job on our Attic gable vent replacements. They are a small business that focuses on prompt response. From the first contacts with office manager Dani as well as the extremely polite interactions with Steven and Tony, we were most pleased."

"Darryl and his son did an amazing job on my back deck and my front covered porch. Communication was spot on, pricing was very reasonable and open to negotiations. These guys had to work through days of 100deg weather which is why they always started as early as they could knowing when i would be awake. I am already talking with him on future projects and i highly recommend you contact him for anything you need done."

"The owners and crew are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. They explain what they will do and then do it, for a fair price. They are flexible to handle add ons, yet are not pushing those. Kudos to East Coast Cleaning and Building Services! Hire them. MoTown Mark @ The Beach Myrtle Beach, SC"

"We were looking for a contractor to build a small deck for our above ground pool. Hired JR Renovations. JR construction did an outstanding job and worked during the extreme heat wave. My wife and I are extremely pleased with the new deck. We would highly recommend JR Renovations for and home project."

"I would not hesitate to hire this pro again. Very dependable, professional and reliable. I would highly recommend I truly cannot say enough."

"Chris was very professional he did many projects for us, painted a shed leveled some land, dug up some Earth, moved a lots of rock and removed mulch. He did whatever we needed him to do and even gave us good suggestions , that were better than we planned. He was very hardworking and had a very pleasant attitude. We were always very pleased with his work and he always kept things very clean. We are hoping to get him to do other projects in the future!"

"Andrew is a very eager to please, young professional whop goes above and beyond. He listens to your needs and doesn't try to force anything on you. He is always on time and has wonderful work ethic. He provided a detailed estimate to us. He also did not want to pay upfront and provided a detailed list of payments schedule. He was easy to work with and listens well. He measures twice, cuts once. He always comes back if need be."

"We had a deck replaced (down to the joists) with composite decking, side rails and base enclosure. The installation crew was thoroughly professional and efficient. All the joists were covered in waterproof tape before the decking was installed. Not only was the distance between planks carefully measured, the location of every single screw was also precisely measured. The result overall is a "show-stopper," even better than I had expected. The price was on the high side, so I wavered on the rating of "value for money," ultimately going with the "value" end."

"Everything you could ask for and reasonably priced! They showed up early, had a different mount when mine didn’t fit the space, hung my 2 TVs and cleaned up everything when they left. Very satisfied."
