"I had several persons come and bid the job to repair my deck that another contractor screwed up. L & L construction was the only company to provide a reasonable bid and actually arrive to perform the services I wanted. No one else contacted us when they said they'd be here. L & L construction found problems that no other company found and priced the additional problems very reasonable. They are true perfectionist and pride themselves in doing the job right. I am truly delighted and proud to be the home owner of such a beautiful level new deck. I love it's looks and showing it off. I've had several persons look at the completed deck and they can't believe it's the same deck and how outstanding the workmanship is."

"These guys are stellar. My deck was in disrepair and I was uncertain what to do with it - whether to totally knock it down and start anew, or to build on the existing foundation. Also what material to use - composite, wood, etc. They came out, looked at my deck, gave recommendations, and worked within my budget. We went with cedar, and within two weeks, I had an absolutely beautiful new deck, built on the existing foundation. I was very pleased with the whole interaction - they were courteous and professional, friendly and hard-working, arriving early and working through the day to get the job done. It was for me an exceedingly good experience with a contractor, and their work is solid. I was nervous as a first time home owner to hire a contractor, for fear of not knowing enough and being taken. I had spoken with several other general contractors and also specific deck builders prior to hiring Modern Exteriors, and each could have built a deck. One larger company offered a lower price but when they came out, the materials they suggested would have been sub-par and the deck would have been plastic-looking. These guys are a smaller business that build decks for a living, and are very good at it and clearly enjoy each project - like works of art. I highly recommend them."

"I had to have my deck refinished because I had done it myself and really did a bad job:))) Alex responded right away and was able to get in and get the deck stripped and refinished quickly. It really looks great, he did a wonderful job. He was reliable and in great communication about the cost, the likely outcome ( since he had to try to remove my very over applied oil based stain) and about the timing of the work. I would recommend him and I will use him again for any deck or painting needs I have!! excellent!"

"Ryan was on time, professional, competitive pricing, and great quality. Had him do a 25x10 timbertech deck. Overall great experience."

"I had a great experience with Kirkland Roofing Company and wanted to take the time to leave a review. Joshua was very easy to work with from the beginning and explained everything that needed to be done for my new metal roof. He kept me updated throughout the project and was always available when I had questions. The crew installed a full new metal roof and did an excellent job. They worked hard, were respectful of my property, and paid close attention to the details. The finished roof looks amazing and completely changed the appearance of my home. I was also impressed with how clean they kept the property and how well everything was cleaned up when the job was finished. The communication was great from start to finish, and the whole process felt organized and professional. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and the finished metal roof. I would definitely recommend Kirkland Roofing Company to anyone looking for a dependable roofing company."
