"A job well done to correct issues with my new deck!"

"They started each day at 8:00 AM and worked until 5:00 or later. They were very polite and professional. The lead person George would explain what they would be doing each day and then perform the tasks. The deck looks like it is brand new and the redwood has the original color and grain. Note: the bill included 4 hours of setting the deck screws so they could sand. Otherwise they performed to the bid."

"Very happy with the service and the level of communication accommodated our schedule, very pleased overall our deck repair and repainting"

"EXCELLENT JOB! They built me a composite deck at a very reasonable price and I'm very happy with it. Thank you!"

"Worked very clean and completed the job on time. Will use again"

"Pleasure to work with. Made clear of what actions and costs would be up front. Cleaned up the area daily as much as possible. Hardest group of workers ever. Project manager Ben kept in close contact throughout project. Ended up with a beautiful deck."

"Throughout our project, their general construction services were consistently professional and reliable. They managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish."

"All I can say about our experience using Cunningham Construction is - they were outstanding! They handled our whole job, from beginning to end, in the most professional manner, communicating with us every step of the way, always following through on their promises, and ultimately producing a most beautiful new gallery building for our artwork. We couldn't be happier! Certainly 5 stars in every aspect and the strongest recommendation we can give! Kudos to you two, Paul and Vicki! (from Karen & Matt Wyse, Moraga)"

"We had them do a full house siding project and it turned out great. The crew worked hard every day, kept things clean, and always let us know what was going on. You can tell they care about doing it right, not just rushing through it. The house looks completely different now and we?ve already had neighbors compliment it. Glad we went with them."

"Rocky and his team Carlos, Duan and Rubin are extremely professional, responsive and efficient. The waterproofing in my upper deck and garage floor coating are done in high quality of workmanship and careful manner. I really appreciate their positive and helpful work attitude. I highly recommend them to any home owner."
