Not only did Dharma fit me into his schedule that day to come to give me an estimate, he called back later in the day to say his schedule had shifted and if I wanted, he could come that day to do the power cleaning on my deck. He came when he said he would, was polite and efficient, did a great job on the deck and actually threw in some extra work at no additional charge. His work was awesome, moved and cleaned all the furniture on the deck and was done when he said he would be. And to top it all off, he was well over 50% less expensive than another quote I got to do the same work. I would highly recommend Dharma for any power washing needs."

I can't remember names, but the project manager was great on final walk through he sanded the railing to take care of splinters set nails deeper and replaced a rotted board on the overhang that opened during construction.
