One of the challenges was our timing as we we were having a graduation party and needed to have the deck finished prior to the party. The entire Bella Deck team, from owner to crew, came through by going above and beyond to overcome some unexpected obstacles beyond their control, including the weather, to get the work completed on time. Not only did they finish the job on time, but they did beautiful work and did not sacrifice quality workmanship just to meet our deadline. "This deck replacement was not a straight forward job. The original deck was built over 40 years ago by my husband. It overlooks a deep ravine and the sides of the slope are very slippery this time of year. The crew went to work and in no time the original deck was removed and they started on the supports for the new deck. His large crew came for all preliminary work and then he turned the project over to his son and another fine young man. They worked steadily, even through some rain, to complete the deck. All of the work was professionally done, including the subcontracted work of removing the patio and drilling the support post holes, and we are very satisfied with all of the work. He is honest, responsive, and the team does high quality work. For some of the early projects, I got multiple bids and Ryan's price was always reasonable. Now I just get a bid for budgeting purposes as I know it will be a fair price for the work completed.
