"PEC construction rebuilt our deck with a patio cover and did a fantastic job. Phillip was very easy to coordinate and work with. Pricing was upfront and fair. George did a fantastic job building the deck and patio cover, he had excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail."

"Art and Tilson did a great job working on my fence. They replaced several cedar fence boards that had warped or split. They were knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful."

"Did all I asked and even took some old patio furniture that I had. Very nice."

"Adam replaced our deck and did a fantastic job. He offered us several options for the renovation, and gave a detailed list of pros and cons for those options. His quote was transparent and fair, and he showed up and did the work when he said he was going to. He was communicative through the entire process. We are very happy with the finished product and will be using him for future projects. I would recommend him to anyone looking for contractor-type work."

"Freddy did a great job with a fence repair. He was on time, kind, did great work and left the work area clean and tidy. Highly recommend!"

"Baltazar and his crew did an outstanding job restoring my decks and repairing and staining the stairs and railings on my home. Because my house was built in 1900, it has plenty of unique quirks and intricate details that required extra care and attention. Their workmanship was exceptional, and it was clear they take pride in producing high-quality, detail-oriented results. Baltazar communicated with me clearly throughout every stage of the project, keeping me informed and making the entire process stress-free. He was also very respectful of my budget and timeline, working with me to ensure everything stayed on track. The entire crew was professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Baltazar and his team to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and reliable service for a deck restoration, repair, or staining project."

"Great work. He did some exterior siding work on my home. In and out quick and did a great job. Very professional."

"The Pro was very friendly and honest. The price quote seems reasonable, but it involved rebuilding the whole deck, with a price quote well over my budget. He did call the company and tried to give me discounts more than 10% based on my age and the company's stock materials. However, the quote is still over my budget. I appreciated his effort and honesty."

"Everything was completed to my satisfaction. They did a very good job in some of the difficult areas. For example, painting around thick vines growing on porch columns and beam. Everything I pointed out in the inspection was taken care of promptly with no excuses. Communication was good with everyone involved. I would have no qualms about using company again or recommending to others. Following are a couple of minor issues we had. A few minor issues: We had 3 gallons of left over trim paint. That seemed like an error in estimating amount needed. On the other hand, there was only 1/2 gal. of main color left which is what I would expect for trim also. My hot tub was unplugged before they started because it was empty. The crew plugged it in when they finished without checking with me. It was several hours before I noticed it. I had to reset the heater unit but no damage was done."

"We have hired Paul and his team for several projects in the past several years, most recently for a kitchen remodel. He is professional, honest, the work is done to a high standard and we trust his judgment. He has replaced our windows, remodeled our kitchen and bathrooms, remodeled our bedroom , built a new deck and made cedar siding to match existing cedar siding on our home perfectly. We highly recommend him."
