Get matched with top deck pros in New Caney, TX

"We just had our new Moisture Shield composite deck installed by The Deck & Patio Company and couldn’t be more pleased! From start to finish, this company is five star. From working with the Sales Rep, Tom, to the Project Manager, Martin, the owner, Jed and installers Jimmy and Pedro, these guys are all perfectionists and know what they’re doing. They tore out our existing deck that was only 7 years old, already rotting and a liability to walk on. They had to start from scratch to rebuild our 455 sq. ft. deck. The installers cleaned up every day before they left and never left anything laying around the yard. They worked hard every day for 14 days and worked in everything from 83 degree weather to temps in the low 40’s (this is Texas, after all ?). These gentlemen cared about their work and it showed in their craftmanship and attention to detail. We highly recommend The Deck & Patio Company for your outdoor needs. They are a well-oiled machine and the entire process was smooth and painless. We would hire them again for future projects."

"Vic was the first to respond and show up to give me a price within my budget. He gave me a date and showed up ready to work. He worked diligently on both the front and back decks of my home. Quality was fantastic and he made sure the project was done right and cleaned up both days when he completed. A great blessing was when he installed a dog gate for me as well."

"I hired Matt for drywall/ceiling repair and painting. He and his crew are very professional and price was fair. He was also very accommodating with my ever changing schedule. I would hire him again and definitely recommend him."

"The crew was excellent worked hard and did a great job. I had two separate jobs going removed old driveway and prep for new concrete. Also they removed a big rock by my pool and did spray deck . Between weather delay and them working hard. They completed the job and it is great. I would recommend them for your next project. One of my Neighbors said He was impressed and wanted to get phone number."

"A&M ROOFING HOUSTON, ARMANDO AND HIS CREW AME ON TIME AND THEIR KNOWLEDGE IS GOOD. THEY SPENT TIME TO FIGURE OUT LEAKING SPOT AND EXPLAIN EVRYTHING TO YOU CLEARLY. THEY GO TO TOP OF ROOF AND TAKE PICTURES TO CONFIRM THE LEAKING PROBLEM AND EXPLAIN HOW TO FIX IT PROPERLY. THEY ALSO OFFER FIX WHILE THEY ARE HERE SINCE THEY HAVE ALL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT. THEIR ESTIMATE IS REASONABLE. AFTER COMPLETION, THEY SHOW PICTURES WHILE THEY FIXED AS WELL.I RECOMMENED THEIR SERVICE TO ANYONE HAS ROOF PROBLEM."

"Very knowledgeable, professional and meticulous about the work done. Provided proof of insurance, showing that he had sufficient coverage if a tile was broken, before I asked for it. Arrived at the time scheduled and proceeded directly to work. Went back over difficult areas to make sure tile was clean. No cracked or broken tiles! Took before and after pictures with his drone, and It looks like a new roof. I strongly recommend this company.... And the price was competitive."

"I originally wanted to stain the deck, but they offered to extend the deck, fix a rotted fence post, replace a couple of cracked fence slats, and stain the fence. The warranty offered, services performed, and personal references they suggested for other types of work makes Lara Fence and Stain a formidable business partner."

"I would totally recommend Frank and his team they were very fast and efficient"

"Hired Marathon Construction to repair a fence that had some posts that snapped off at ground level and to put a preservative sealer on the deck. The estimate was reasonable and they worked hard to finish the project. They did the fence fast and its now very sturdy. They were committed to getting the deck right even though there was a hiccup in getting the deck color mixed to match the sample. David actually took a piece of the deck to have them (Lowes) match it! Everyone I spoke to from the company was very friendly and helpful with questions/requests."

"Team did not know what they were doing, always confused. Starz overquoted and underperformed. They used nails instead of screws, causing deep holes, missing nails, loose ends, cheap, splintered wood, and deck was 50 inches tall, requested 52. There were various cuts in the wood, wood splitting, a piece of wood loose where they cut the post hole and didn't secure it to the deck. For the pool, they used regular sand, not compaction sand. The bottom of the pool is bumpy. They put the pool coves behind the uprights holding the frame firm. They had to take the pool apart to take out the coves and put back the uprights. The first time they installed the pool, it was 2 inches higher than the deck. They broke down the pool and removed sand on one side to meet up with the deck. The pool is lopsided and water is 6 inches deeper on one side. I had to pay an additional $300 for them to reinstall. The second time they installed the pool, it still did not flush with the deck. I have to redo it all."
