He arrived with a complete package/brochure which included a letter of introduction and an unsolicited list of references of work completed within our local area. Randy was very patient with us in trying to decide whether to use cedar or pressurized wood to support the deck as well as our seasonal porch. On the first day of work, a three man crew arrived with Brandon as the lead team member. The crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and quiet as they worked for the next five days. They were extremely tidy in cleaning up during and after the work product was installed. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others. A job very WELL DONE!"

"Proficient did a great job building our new maintenance free deck. They responded very well from our first call and throughout the whole process. As soon as the weather allowed they removed our old deck and started on the new one. There was a challenge in locating one of the new posts as it came right in to a retaining wall. They removed the wall, added the support post and rebuilt the wall. Better than before. The whole crew was friendly and great to deal with."

"We had a built in wall cabinet in our basement that was somewhat outdated, as it was one that had a specific contained area that only allowed for a smaller TV. We were looking to knock out all the extra shelving and modify it to fit a large TV. After speaking with Darren and Danielle (office manager), Darren came out for an estimate a day later. After getting a few estimates, I decided to go with TCH, based on their response time, reasonable pricing, and solid reviews. Couldn't have made a better choice. There was a little confusion when their tech came out as to what exactly we wanted done to the built in, but after a little explaining, everyone was on the same page. John was timely, professional, and most importantly, did extremely high quality work. The final result was absolutely perfect - better than I imagined. He was able to match the color of the cabinet to the wood/trim he added in, and made sure everything was done exactly how we envisioned. The job took about 2 days, and he cleaned up promptly after everything was wrapped up. From start to finish, I couldn't have asked for anything more. "I could not speak more highly of our experience with Spartan. We had roughly 10 contractors come through to bid on our kitchen remodel and Mike (owner) was the obvious choice for us. He was reasonably priced, knowledgable, easily accessible and an all around great guy. He worked with us for months prior to the start of our project. He had all of his subs and project manager come through our house to help guide us through the process of our project. Once our project started, our project manager, Mark, was a wealth of knowledge and incredibly talented. We actually nicknamed him "The Details Guy". The entire teamed cared about our project and put a tremendous amount of time and energy into it. Mike has amazing subs that work with him. Everyone that came through our house over a 4 month period (actual project time) was professional, friendly, trust worthy and hard working. We ended up with a full kitchen model, added on a mudroom which required foundation work. We also added a deck off of our new back entrance. We are thrilled with the results. We got exactly what we wished for and were completely within our budget. We would and WILL absolutely use Spartan for all of our future projects. These guys are great!"
