"As all the previous reviewers have said, DC 57 Construction is definitely a 5 star company. Lucas came to my home 3 times and helped me plan out the job. The job included: rebuilding a wood ladder to the upstairs loft, installing a railing and a new door in the loft, and adding shelves in the bathrooms. In addition, Lucas installed two railings for my back deck. Lucas and Tiago are both finish carpenters and they do excellent work at a very reasonable price. I am having Lucas come back soon to install a new screen door. Hiring Lucas and Tiago was definitely a great decision as my home looks much better."

This was not a simple refresh — it involved removing an existing hot tub, renovating a cabana, reworking the deck framing to convert it into a single-level deck, installing a new staircase, and adding a cable rail system. Every aspect of the project was approached with precision and care, and the finished product is without flaw. They were easy to work with from start to finish, handling decisions and mid-project modifications thoughtfully and professionally. The whole crew was consistently approachable and friendly, and clearly took pride in their work. Daily cleanup was always done well, which we especially appreciated since we had a puppy at the time. "Ocean Break Remodel started our renovations in the Fall of 2020. Peter and his crew tore down our existing front porch and steps and replaced it with a new construction with trex decking and vinyl railings and posts. Their work was outstanding. Later that Fall they removed our hot tub in our master bathroom and replaced it with a beautiful fully tiled walk in shower. It came out wonderful. They also put down waterproof vinyl flooring in both of our bathrooms. They installed backsplash on the two long walls of our kitchen. Each task - OUTSTANDING work. This past two weeks (June 2021), they painted our utility room, kitchen ad dining room, put new waterproof vinyl flooring in the kitchen and utility room. This past two weeks they also built us a new deck (20' x 25') of gray trex decking with white vinyl railings and posts. Our new deck is fantastic. We are more, more than totally satisfied with Peter of Ocean Break Construction/Remodel. I can not express enough for Peter and his crew. They are a pleasure to work with, they are very punctual, clean and hard working."
