"I am so thankful for selecting PAV Construction LLC to re-side my house and build my deck. Working with Pailin and his men was such a pleasant experience from start to finish. They are not only very nice trustworthy conscientious guys, they also do top notch work. Pavlin is truly a good person who I plan to contact in the future for other home improvement projects."

"Working with the PLJ crew was an excellent experience from start to finish. My deck came out absolutely beautiful?exactly how I envisioned it. The team was super nice and took the time to answer every question I had along the way. I highly recommend PLJ to anyone looking to turn their project into reality. "We interviewed five builders for our 310 square foot primary suite addition and interior reconfiguration. This included excavation for a new foundation, opening the existing foundation wall to join the spaces, a new walk out entrance, and site grading. From the beginning Konstantin Aleksandrov, the owner, listened carefully, made suggestions about layout and finishes, and was aware of every detail along the way. He maintained communication with the workers and with us. The crews were professional and personable (and punctual too!). Materials were ordered in a timely manner and managed on site. The the work area was orderly and well maintained on a daily basis. There was a flow of skilled subs: electrical, roofing, hardwood flooring, insulation, gutters, tile, drywall and painting. Building inspections were coordinated with the appropriate Town personnel to keep the project moving. We did select our paint, tiles, and bathroom fittings from area suppliers and then coordinated delivery and installation with Konstantin. Because of some Covid related supply chain issues with the exterior finishes, we added a complete re-siding project which involved the construction of a new front porch. The crews moved seamlessly from interior to exterior work. We are extremely happy with our addition and the new look of our house."

"Roger was contracted to remove my deck and replace it with a new one. I was totally impressed with his attention to detail regarding my needs. That was extremely important to me. He even ordered extra decking in the event that some of the decking didnâ t meet his quality standards and picked up the excess decking after 10Pm so it would be gone before morning. The attention to detail and the quality of his construction is BEST IN CLASS!!! I would recommend Roger Byam in a minute to anyoneð ð I wouldnâ t think twice to secure his services again"

"PMR PAINTING (pmrpaint.com) Paulo and his small Team were quite simply ~ AWESOME! Paulo was very thorough in his explanation of the work and how long it would take; he was kind and honest from the very beginning about what needed to be done and timeline to complete with the weather in mind! Paulo was always professional, courteous and he and his Project Team got the job done for us with 100% satisfaction! I would recommend PMR PAINTING (PMRPAINT.COM) to anyone who's looking to get the job done **right, within budget** and in a timely** manner! You don't always get >> all 3** << in a project but they did it and he was always receptive to reasonable projct scope creep! His customer service was exceptional! A+ Service!"

"Deck is 24+ years old and looks new again. Prompt, personable, professional team of two. Will hire for painting work in the future."

"I hired Starbuck to do some remodeling in our pool house. They were prompt in suppling us a quote and scheduling the project. Roberto has great to work with. His team put up internal walls using shiplap, added a bar to the pool house and special molding. The team worked a long day, worked very well together and were in good spirts the whole time. They did the job in about 12 hours. Roberto stopped by the next day to assure all went well. I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend them."

"Allen was lovely, courteous and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently and completed all tasks quickly- furniture assembly: a porch swing and then 2 Adirondack chairs with 1 ottoman."
