"Everything went according to plan/proposal, good customer service(even though the rating would not go above 4.5). Very happy with the deck, looks great. Definitely would use his company again and highly recommend him."

"Highly recommend 10/10. Josh and his team did a fantastic job building our new pool deck. Our new deck is solid, it is raised and free floating but supported by 13 piers. Every post, joist, decking is properly secured, flush, and square. Most importantly Josh didn't try to upsell us or get us to buy different materials based his own preference, unlike others we got quotes from. He was thorough in keeping me updated when it came to materials and weather issues. He provided options where I didn't have decisions made and asked clarifying questions rather than making assumptions. The look is beautiful with black aluminum handrails and gray composite decking. I expect we can get at least 25 years out of this deck. So happy with how it turned out."

"I highly recommend Corey. Great communication skills. Meticulously prepped and stained deck over two (extremely hot) days process. Very happy with his work . I will definitely use him again."

"Gabriel gave us a reasonable quote and was back in a couple of days to fix out deck fence. He had a very cool air compressor nail gun and was able to do the job quickly and efficiently. I waited a while to write the review to make sure the repairs held up, and they've held up great, even with my dogs pawing the fence!"

"This PRO is a PRO! They provided Excellent and Detailed work on my deck. Always here when they said they would be. Also, they had great suggestions as to color selection and different styles I hadn't even thought of. You won't go wrong hiring Exterior Maintenance KC. (P.S. My yard was cleaned up each day, so no mess left behind at all.)"

"Troy and his team did a great job on the repair of my deck. I would hire them again."
