"I hired 1st Choice Services to fix a bad drainage problem in my front yard. I was concerned that we really wouldn't know how well it was fixed until we had a good, hard rain. Jon offered to wait for payment until it could be tested, but I didn't want them to have to wait who knows how long since there was no rain forecast for the next several days.
