"We needed to replace our old (of 30 years) large deck with a new composite deck. Communication was key throughout the project. Either through text messages or face to face. Thanks for being professional, communicative and easy to work with. The end result, is a great deck!"

"David and his team exceeded expectations. The new deck is better quality than the original one and included rails around perimeter and pool area. They even put cement under the stairs that was missing from original deck. They came in on budget and on time. Very friendly, responsive and easy to work with. They cleaned up all construction materials and took away the old deck. I will ask them for other projects in the future."

"Excellent communication and timely arrival every day. They did everything I asked for excluding some special planters and benches. Left my property very neat when finished. I would recommend Joe Lane Carpentry!"
